This system is based on artwork done by members who own Stitchenquine. These levels, or "ranks" are a way to tell which horses are more highly valued.
lowest to highest
"Recruit" -- title requires 0 points, optional to add to horse's reference
"Private" -- title earned with 10 points in art
"Specialist" -- title earned with 20 points in art
horses with the title "specialist" are allowed to add small trinkets or minor design edits to their horse; such as piercings, rips/tears, wounds, or battlescars. the main reference of horse must be updated with this information on the image
"Corporal" -- title earned with 35 points in art
"Sergeant" -- title earned with 50 points in art
"Major" -- title earned with 65 points in art
"Lieutenant" -- title earned 70 points in art
horses with the title "lieutenant" will be alloted a new recruit [another Stitchenquine] to take under their wing and train. this recruit will be awarded by the group and the owner does not have a choice in which one it is. owner can decline to take recruit
"Colonel" -- title earned 80 points in art
"General" -- title earned with more than 100 points of art
horses with the title "general" will be allowed newly designed tack built specifically for said horse with the general title embroidered on said tack. horses with this title also grant their owners with the chance to request a custom import, or even the chance to design their own.
These titles will be ADDED to your horse's reference. For example, if Grell 01 earned the title of "Major", I would update his information as "Major Grell 01" It is imperative to keep up with your horse's points because the group will not do it for you.
The earned title system:
Registration image [full-body or headshot]: colored are worth 1 point, uncolored IS NOT ALLOWED FOR REGISTRATION IMAGES.
Headshots: colored are worth 1 points, uncolored are worth 0 points
Full-body images with NO background: colored are worth 1.5 points, uncolored are worth 0 points
Full-body images WITH background: colored are worth 2.5 points, uncolored are worth 0 points
Art of horse in "uniform"/tack: if colored add +0.5 to original scoring [example: a colored full-body image with no bg of your horse in uniform would be worth 2 points 1.5 + 0.5 = 2] uncolored work +0
Other general images such as training for events or shows: if colored add +0.5 to original scoring [see above for example] +3 for 1st place in show +2 for second +1 for third +0.5 for participating in show/entering into a show
Realistic or "above average" Greyscales: are worth +0.5 to original scoring [see above for example]
Animations: add +2 to original scoring [see above for example]
You will need to keep track of your images and list all images under correct categories in your horse's reference description, or a journal. When your horse has reached enough points to go up a rank, please send a note to the group titled as "Rank level up" and we will officially award your horse with that title.
We would prefer all members to use a specific system to keep track of their points thought it is not necessary. Here is an idea of the organization we are looking for:
Colonel Grell 01 POINTS

--FULL-BODY IMAGES W/NO BG: 4.5 CP

This is all still a work in progress, so please be patient C: if you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to comment or send me a personal note at EmeraldTheWolf!
